Performs professional technical administrative and supervisory work managing cross-functional activities related to the design development and implementation of organizational software. Responsible for providing leadership to the organizations Database Analytics Geographic Information Systems Systems Integration and public safety functions according to best practices while ensuring high customer service quality and availability. This individual will apply proven communication skills problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to guide their teams on issues related to the design development and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. Work is performed under the general direction of the Deputy Chief Information Officer and performance is reviewed through meetings and outcomes achieved.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field and four (4) years of programming GIS or database management including two (2) years in a management/supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Florida Drivers License required. Must pass police background investigation.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelors degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a masters degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
