Responsibilities:
- Plan & facilitate jobs to technicians and or detail
- Input technician hours into system
- Check vehicles into system
- Create tickets for vehicles/details
- Schedule vehicles into system
- Professional phone etiquette/taking messages/communicating information to Service Advisor
Qualifications:
- Full time position - Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft programs
- Professional phone etiquette/taking messages
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
