The Boeing CompanyBoeing supports a fleet of 275 Globemaster III Airlifters in a multiyear multi-billion dollar sustainment contract. This position leads a diverse group of employees performing engineering and technical activities focused on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This role will evolve the C-17 MBSE culture drive successful project execution across a wide range of projects including sustainment obsolescence and development statements of work.
Position Responsibilities:
Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience). In the USA ABET accreditation is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
100% Onsite
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Long Beach CA.
