The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in San Antonio TX.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a complex and fast paced environment providing technical support for Fire Protection Systems. This individual must have strong project management communication and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs duties as the Business Resilience Emergency Management and Threat Management Focal for the site

• Performs research related to potential threats and develops detailed emergency response plans

• Stays current on company policies and processes local laws and regulations as they relate to emergency preparedness procedures

• Collaborates with external agencies in developing response plans to an emergency

• Creates detailed after-action reports and negotiates with internal/external support personnel

• Works with various organizations to assist in the development and update of their business resilience plans

• Produces outlines subject matter conducts research uses office applications for the training purposes and identifies key equipment necessary to deliver training

• Delivers training in accordance with customer requirements. Performs risk assessments based on trend analysis

• Assists in management of training programs

• Oversees the design development and implementation of risk management programs processes and procedures for the protection of company people property information and interests

• Guides the development of risk management policies and strategic tactical and operational planning activities for risk management program sustainability

• Consults with customers and company and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative solutions improvements and enhancements

• Investigates analyzes and resolves complex questions and problems

• Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel

• Uses advanced skills in threat management. Respond to treat management incidents and conduct investigations

• Coordinates with various organizations in addressing incidents

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience with NFPA fire protective standards and implementation

• 3 years of experience reviewing and approving invoices

• 3 years of experience working in security fire protection and/or emergency preparedness

• 3 years of experience with contract management

• 3 years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees including executives

• 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Access and Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience

• Experience with auditing

• Experience with Security & Fire Protection Operations policies and procedures

• Experience verifying and processing invoices

• Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues lessons learned and best practices

• Experience with presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leadership

• Written and verbal communication expertise for interaction in a dynamic executive environment
