Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Lettings
Location: New Malden KT3
Salary: OTE 40k per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent Lettings Agency in New Malden.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential lettings a proactive approach and a passion for providing outstanding client service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and winning new lettings business
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Providing exceptional client service at all times
- Working to and exceeding sales and service targets
- Collaborating effectively with team members
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Highly motivated well-presented and professional
- Local knowledge of New Malden and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
