Unarmed Security Officer needed in Madison WI

  • PT/Thurs & Fri-6:30am-5:30pm - $20/hr - Weekly Pay

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • All applicants must pass an extensive background check and pass a drug screen test.
  • Proficient with use of Pepper Defense Spray ASP Baton Wrist Restraints First Aid knowledge and Narcan for one location
  • Must have excellent customer service & communication skills and the ability to speak & write in fluent English.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Able to walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to understand and follow through with directions
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Posted in highly visible location as a visible deterrent and source of information for clients
  • Expected to conduct foot patrols of both interior and exterior site while being alert for unusual occurrences and dangerous situations
  • Expected to respond to requests for assistance from staff disturbances and medical emergencies
