Job Description

Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy
Serving Families and Their Mini Miracles

Position Details:
Status- Full t
ime position based in our Bristol office scheduled Tuesday-Friday weekly.
Overview- This position is responsible for providing administrative services to an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to schedule management daily patient flow and general office administration tasks. Medical billing experience preferred but not required. This position has an empowering team of leaders whose goal is to support you in your growth as an individual and professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules for practitionerswithin the clinic including patient communication cancellations and rescheduling
  • Greeting and welcoming clients with a focus on interaction with pediatric clients
  • Answering all incoming calls and coordinating appropriately with office personnel
  • Mail fax and deliverymanagement as needed
  • Coordinating daily patient flow including checking in patients collecting payments and chart management
  • General office administration including electronic filing systems office coordination practitioner communication and patient communication

Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy is a therapy clinic focused on providing occupational physical speech and behavioral therapy to children with special needs. We were born out of a God-given desire to serve children with special needs and their families through a holistic approach to care. Mini Miracles is a clinician-born practice seeking a dual approach to improve the experience of receiving care for clients & their families while also improving the experience of providing care for staff.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with office equipment including computer fax phones scanners printers Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Mission and customer-service oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
