Now Hiring: Deburring Technician Aerospace Manufacturing
Join our manufacturing team as a Deburring Technician in our Sheet Metal Department.
In this hands-on role youll help ensure the quality of our precision metal parts by removing sharp edges burrs and other imperfections using hand tools and machines. If youre reliable detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a high-quality team wed love to hear from you!
Duties/Responsibilities
- Inspect parts for burrs sharp edges and surface imperfections.
- Deburr polish and blend machined surfaces using tools and equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints and specifications.
- Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.
- Track work and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain inventory and notify lead of supply needs.
- Follow safety protocols and assist with other tasks as needed.
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to use hand tools and small machines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic blueprint reading skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Good vision fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with consistent reliable attendance.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
Physical Demands
Job duties are performed in a warehouse with temperature variations noise vibrations fumes and chemicals.
- Repetitive hand wrist and foot movements.
- Prolonged standing walking bending and kneeling.
- Repetitive twisting turning and reaching.
- Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Rare lifting over 50lbs (with assistance).
Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.50-$23.50/hr

ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
