Job Description
As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at Clariants Quincy FL site you will lead mechanical troubleshooting and reliability initiatives for our Adsorbents and Additives Business Unit. Youll identify and resolve complex technical issues implement preventive maintenance strategies and collaborate across departments to ensure follow-through on reliability improvements. Your expertise in root cause analysis and equipment failure prevention will be crucial as you work directly with site personnel to build a reliability-focused culture. This role combines technical problem-solving with effective communication to drive measurable improvements in equipment uptime safety and sustainability.
