Job Title:Packaging Machine Operator (AHP)
Location:Onsite in Columbus OH
Start Date:June 16 2025
Shift:1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate:$17.50/hour
Labor Type: Industrial
Project Overview
This is a temporary contract packaging project located in a warehouse a segregated space away from our normal packaging and warehousing operations.
- Medication is a non-controlled sealed vial no open product or exposure
- Simple One Piece Flow kitting operation each worker performs 1 task to ensure process accuracy
- Tasks do not require previous training
Job Responsibilities
- Execute kitting and packaging tasks assigned
- Follow One Piece Flow methodology to maintain process accuracy
- Perform basic material handling and line support
- Sanitize packaging equipment and prepare materials
- Assist in packing finished product for shipment
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read write and comprehend English
- Able to stand for 8 hours per shift
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to lift push or handle items averaging 25 lbs. (up to 35 lbs.)
- Team-orientedwith good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must follow appropriate attendance standards
Preferred:
- Prior experience in assembly production line or packaging environments
