What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain efficiency.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to optimize production and material flow.
Maintain accurate records of production and equipment status.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of plant operations and equipment functionality.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
Commitment to safety quality and efficiency in daily tasks.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Capability to adapt to changing work conditions and production demands.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
