Job Description
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Roving Building Services Engineer in Plymouth MN. Individuals will start their workday in Plymouth MN (55447) and travel to job sites with a company vehicle. This role is Monday - Friday 730am start time. This role is contract to hire 90-120 days before conversion.
Salary Requirements:
- $25-$28/hour DOQ with mileage reimbursement a company vehicle will be provided after training/probationary period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC air conditioning plumbing and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping pool maintenance and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repairing supplies
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years experience in maintenance commercial experience is required.
- HVAC experience is required.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a valid drivers license and valid auto insurance as this role will be roving between properties.
