Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor is needed in Williamsburg VA.

Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff expected 20 hours per week
- Perform administrative duties 20 hours per week
- Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs
- Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases
- Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
- Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity
- Provide supervision mentorship and performance evaluations for clinical staff
- Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed
- Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- Clear and Active BCBA License in the State of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation
