As a Software Tester you will work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure our application meet high-quality standards before release. Your primary goal is to identify defects and ensure that the product performs optimally under various scenarios.

This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies and tools and will be responsible for focusing on the quality and functionality of Salesforce.

What tasks are waiting for you

• Test Planning and Execution. In this task you will be responsible for development documentation and execution test cases test plans and test scripts for functional regression performance and system testing.
• Defect Identification where you need to identify document and track software defects using bug tracking tools ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Close work with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and QA engineers to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribution to the design development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Participation in code reviews test case reviews and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation including test case specifications test results and testing reports.
• Assisting in identifying risks and potential impact areas to ensure effective testing and mitigation strategies.
• Validation the software for usability performance and scalability across different devices and platforms.

It would be great if you:

• Have Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Are experienced test developer with 3-5 years hands on practice in software testing(Salesforce) with a strong understanding of manual and automated testing practices.
• Worked with development & testing tools such as JIRA TestRail or similar.
• Understand software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report bugs and collaborate with the development team.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure the highest quality of software releases.
