Job Description

Compensation: $155800 - $185000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus annual bonus and employee share purchase program.
This role includes full benefits career development support and a flexible office-based schedule.

Youll contribute to high-impact projects across the Pacific Northwest - from civic and higher education to hospitality and techology facilities - while working within a collaborative high-trust environment that values both precision and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates from concept through construction documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and scope reviews across multiple trades.
- Support pursuit logistics value engineering and bid strategies.
- Assist with proposal deliverables tender forms and RFIs.
- Collaborate with operations teams on site logistics and construction planning.
- Identify project risks opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
- Organize and archive estimate documentation for seamless project handoff.
- Mentor and support junior estimators through technical guidance.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of estimating experience (field or operations experience a plus)
- Degree diploma or trade experience in construction or a related field
- Experience supporting pursuits up to $150M
- Strong knowledge of construction methods sequencing and market pricing
- Proficient in estimating software (WinEst OST or similar)
- Collaborative communicator and analytical thinker
