Job Title: Nanny/Family Assistant Williamsburg Brooklyn
Compensation: $35$40 per hour
Schedule: Flexible 1:00 PM8:00 PM or 2:00 PM9:00 PM (MondayFriday)
Location: Williamsburg Brooklyn NY
Start Date: Flexible
Overview:
A warm and active family in Williamsburg is seeking a nurturing reliable and organized Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for their sweet and energetic 2-year-old son. While child attends school full-time (9 AM5 PM) the family is looking for someone to support with light household tasks earlier in the day and transition into a fun hands-on caregiver role when he returns home.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up child from school and engage in fun age-appropriate activities (e.g. trips to the park creative play educational games)
Assist with evening routines including dinner prep bath time and winding down for bedtime
Offer support to parents during dinner timeeither caring for child or helping with meal prep
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child (e.g. tidying up toys cleaning up after meals organizing childs items)
Optional: light household upkeep depending on interest (note: a housekeeper handles deep cleaning weekly)
Ideal Candidate:

Capable of establishing a consistent and nurturing nighttime routine
Enjoys supporting a collaborative household where both parents are involved

Additional Details:
Dad typically arrives home between 2:304 PM and appreciates extra time for the gym or to begin dinner prep
