The Same Day Speed Innovation team is at the forefront of business growth and innovation in EU. Were revolutionizing the customer experience through faster delivery times and innovative fulfillment solutions. Our team sits at the crucial intersection of technology and operations driving improvements across the entire Same Day delivery network. Were seeking a program manager capable of defining and driving operations set-up and excellence while navigating ambiguous problem spaces to enhance our Same Day capabilities.
Position Overview:
In this role you will have the unparalleled opportunity to drive complex high-impact programs that touch every aspect of our diverse fast-paced operations. As a Program Manager you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful high-quality post launch execution and quality. Responsibilities include:
Lead strategic workstreams to improve E2E operations across EU and UK for Amazons most innovative speed program.
Drive process excellence to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs providing regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
Support scaling operations across the EU ensuring processes are ready for broader implementation.
Basic qualifications
A successful candidate will demonstrate key skills which will be required:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Economics Business Analytics or a related field.
Proven wealth of experience in operations process improvement or a related function.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities estimate improvements streamline and automate their work.
Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals.
Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a nascent rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions.
Preferred qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant field such as Engineering Economics Business Analytics or a related discipline.
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
