Role overview
Were looking for an Organic Social Specialist to join the Brand and Marketing team here at Hastings Direct for a 12 month FTC to develop and execute a social media strategy that will drive brand awareness consideration and customer engagement. Social as a key channel we want to grow over the next 12 months and see it as a lever to help inspire educate and entertain the next generation as well as existing generations of insurance customers.
Were embarking on a 12-month test and learn plan in collaboration with an external agency looking to prove the value of organic social and have some fun while we are doing it. If you have experience developing social media strategies that drive brand consideration and awareness wed love to speak to you. Although the role is only FTC to start with if we are able to grow the channel and prove its worth this is likely to turn into a full time opportunity.
