Rate; 500/day Inside IR35
Location; Remote (occasional travel to Leeds)

In this User Researcher contract role youll:
- Uncover the voice of users: Design and conduct user research (interviews surveys usability testing) to understand the needs challenges and experiences of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Be the champion of human-centred design: Analyse research findings and translate them into actionable insights for our product and design teams.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team: Work closely with product managers designers and developers to ensure user voices are heard and addressed throughout development.
- Drive impact fast: This is a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly influence the product roadmap and impact real peoples lives.
The Ideal User Researcher Candidate:
- Proven experience as a User Researcher ideally within the health tech or public sector domain.
- A strong understanding of GDS principles and the public sector user research landscape.
- Expertly skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods including interviews surveys usability testing and data analysis.
- A clear concise communicator who can present research findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively within a team.
- BPSS clearance is required for this role.
