We are now looking for a New Product Development Technologist to play a key role in this exciting period!
An Opportunity to get Your Paws On
You want to own your career and youre ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Product Development Technologist with an exciting global focus. Reporting to the Senior New Product Development (NPD) Manager you will support NPD projects through coordinating third party technical development and managing and reporting on CPAs (timing targets markets). You will also be required to support the creation and communication of product learning sheets and product specifications for marketing and PR to use to accurately i.e. to communicate the product formula and its benefits. In this role you will need to maintain strong relationships with third party chemists test houses and fragrance houses and assist digital ecommerce with technical queries relating to product complaints (including monitoring allergic reactions and following the internal cosmetovigilance process). There are some specific regulatory responsibilities such as supporting all aspects of compliance management to ensure all new products meet EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 Cosmetic Regulation and International regulatory standards and documentation. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Graduate with a background in Cosmetics Science to learn develop and make an impact.

We are looking for the following essential skills and experience:
Cosmetic Science Degree or equivalent
Experience or strong understanding of New Product Development Technologies
Proven understanding and knowledge of the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223-2009
A genuine passion for skincare
Strong attention to detail
Self-driven results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
Excellent project management experience
Effective team player
