Camberwell Grammar School is an independent Anglican day school for boys from Pre-Preparatory to Year 12. ABOUT THE ROLE
Camberwell Grammar School is seeking an experiencedLaboratory Technician. This role plays a critical support role in ensuring the effective operation of the science laboratories within the school and involves technical support for science classes equipment setup and maintenance risk and safety compliance inventory management and collaborative engagement with staff students and external suppliers.
This is a permanent ongoing part time position (0.6FTE). The work hours need to be Thursday and Fridays with the other day(s) per week being flexible. Start and finish times are also flexible.
ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive detail-oriented individual with a strong background in science and a passion for supporting education. You have a specialty in Biology but also want to work across other disciplines. You are highly organised safety-conscious and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy school environment. You have a commitment to upholding high standards in laboratory practice a willingness to stay current with technological and scientific developments and a genuine enthusiasm for fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.
