Post-Resident Clinician - Neurology

A great opportunity has arisen for a Neurology Clinician/Specialist to join our team for a fixed term 4-month contract starting around November 2025.

This role can be flexible to suit your needs working 40 per week over 4 or 5 days with 2 nights on call and 1:4 weekends on call.

We are a vibrant friendly and collaborative team who all work together to provide outstanding patient and client care. We currently take referrals in feline and canine medicine soft tissue surgery orthopaedics cardiology and neurology supported by a team of Specialist Anaesthetists and Diagnostic Imagers. Our team of interns ensure hospitalised patients receive care out-of-hours although we are always available to support them.

Our expanding nursing team has a wealth of experience in referral practice and supports our vision of providing excellence in patient care. In turn the nurses are assisted by the veterinary care assistants and we also have a strong client care team to deal with administrative aspects.

Neurology Service Facilities

• High field MRI scanner
• C-arm fluoroscopy (video X-ray) allowing real time visualisation of the procedure
• GE Logiq E10 ultrasound machine
• 64 slice CT scanner
• Dedicated surgical ward for dogs and a completely separate ward for cats
• Separate 24-hour staffed intensive care unit with oxygen cage
• Fully equipped dedicated soft tissue operating room with bacteriologically filtered positive pressure ventilation
