The AMHT Wellbeing Service at Oxfordshire Mind offers support to those who are in the process of or have recently been discharged from secondary care services. The team support service users to engage in further support from other organisations and community support as well as set recovery goals and aid in their mental health recovery journey. As part of this role the team has a strong working relationship the Adult Mental Health Teams across Oxfordshire as well as the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing hubs with flexible weekly in-person support being provided.
