Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our next HR Generalist youll be at the forefront of providing HR support and guidance across our organization. Your expertise in employee relations benefits administration recruitment and training coordination will be essential to cultivating a high-performance culture and supporting our people-first mission.
Key HR role with impact across recruitment performance and employee engagement

Provide employee counseling and performance feedback support to supervisors and staff
Assist in conflict resolution disciplinary actions and workplace investigations
Manage benefit administration including disability claims pension programs and WSIB cases
Coordinate recruitment activities including prescreening interviewing and reporting
Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation
Support training initiatives update training matrix and track employee development
Oversee temporary staffing and manage hours worked
Coordinate performance management processes and employee reviews
Maintain monthly headcounts KPIs employee reports and agency staffing logs
Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/IATF quality standards
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement programs
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; post-diploma or equivalent experience accepted
24 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
CHRP certification required; CHRL considered an asset
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Experience with Ceridian or Workday HRIS systems
Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Demonstrated success managing performance and training programs
Fluency in both written and verbal communications at all levels
