What Youll Be Doing
Handle Customer Calls: Professionally manage incoming customer calls addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about products and services.
Resolve Customer Disputes: Investigate and resolve customer disputes in a timely and effective manner ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.
Order Management: Monitor and track orders from placement to fulfillment coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Delivery Ticket Exceptions: Manage delivery ticket exceptions by identifying issues coordinating resolutions and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
What Are We Looking For
Proven experience in administrative support customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Bilingual Preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
The Administrative Associate typically works in an office interacting with colleagues customers and vendors. This role may involve occasional meetings or coordination with other teams to address order and delivery-related matters.
