To further improve our smart customer communication strategy and to optimize the workflows behind it we are looking for you as a motivated structured (Junior) Decision Engineer / Workflow Manager (f/m/d) in our Behavioral Science team! Career starters are welcome - it is important to us that you are curious and want to realize a steep learning curve!
What you can do with us:
- optimization and maintenance of the existing workflow structure of our innovative AI-powered software in our app
- visualization of new workflows for customer communication in Lucidchart
- creation of workflow extensions to make customer communication more efficient
- project management for product enhancements related to customer retention (e.g. enhancements to the functionalities of our payment page)
- further development of the current product together with the Behavioural Science team and in close cooperation with the AI team
- execution of A/B tests to verify working hypotheses and analysis of the test campaigns
- analysis of workflow performance
What you should bring for it:
- successfully completed studies in the area of Business Informatics Computer Science Business Intelligence or similar
- analytical mindset and strong logical thinking skills
- strong communication skills and a precise structured way of working
- basic technical skills (ex: SQL and Python or other programming language) and ability to understand visual coding: loops decision trees error reading etc.
- first experience in a semi-technical role (ex: business analysis data product management or process)
- excellent English language skills both written and spoken (Additional language skills are a plus!)
