If youre ready to take the next step in your ABA career-working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans-this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians providing coaching and guidance.
- Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
- Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
- Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
- Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Team
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services (or 1 year if enrolled in a graduate program).
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
