Job Description
Hunton Distribution a division of Hunton Group in Houston TX () has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a Warehouse Associate at our Central Green Blvd. location in zip code: 77032. Selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and stores on-site activities including managing receipts stocking and shipping of products staging and delivering customer orders and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Staging shipping and receiving parts equipment and supplies - HVAC.
- Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
- Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system.
- Delivers parts supplies equipment and other HVAC related products to customer locations or job sites as needed.
- File M/Ss freight bills of lading equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
- File freight claims for damaged goods.
- Manage receipt inspecting and stocking products.
- Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintaining system inventory accuracy.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills Required:
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Must complete an MVR.
- Must have good interpersonal and phone skills to communicate and assist inside sales personnel and customers.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Pull and put away equipment on pallets or boxes using a forklift.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of proven forklift experience.
- 1 years of experience driving a 20 box truck with liftgate.
