This role will involve assisting with client projects coordinating deliverables and independently managing sales for assigned accounts. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people is detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities Include:
Support the Sales Director by managing backend tasks and timelines
Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth project experience
Handle sales independently for assigned clients and customer accounts
Oversee sales project details from initiation to completion
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Track project progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage documentation quotes and follow-up communications
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales support account management or project coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and care
