Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available All Shifts Available
Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)
Job Description:
Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide care for adult and pediatric individuals within the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and oral hygiene
- Medication administration and nutrition via g-tubes
- Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care
- Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:
- Active LPN license in PA
- CPR Certification
- Pass state and federal required criminal background checks
- Reliable transportation
- Able to frequently lift reposition or transfer client/patients
