Job Description

Lowell Catholic is seeking a dynamic full-time Science Teacher for grades :-Develop and implement engaging inquiry-based unit plans that align with the Massachusetts State Frameworks and support diverse student learning needs.-Establish and uphold positive classroom routines and culture to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.-Utilize project-based learning and hands-on lab experiences to foster student curiosity and critical thinking.-Assess student progress through authentic science assessments and maintain accurate academic records.-Reflect on lessons assessments and teaching practices making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.-Communicate effectively with students families and colleagues through email phone and with department members both in-person and via Google Drive to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.-Integrate technology to enhance student learning and :-Bachelors Degree in Science Education or a related field (Masters preferred).-MA certification in Science or ability to obtain certification.-Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning project-based instruction and laboratory Lowell Catholic Tradition Meets Tomorrow.
