Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet LEGO Standards through visual functional and dimensional verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify compliance with established standards.
- Follow up on non-conforming materials by providing appropriate dispositions and adhering to procedures.
- Trace back defective materials and perform AQL samplings as needed.
- Prepare detailed daily reports and conduct process audits while maintaining the 5S methodology within your area.
- Report any quality events and coordinate containment efforts.
- Participate in problem-solving analysis when necessary and report daily indicators on the boards.
- Engage in training sessions as required.
- Perform all other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Pay is 21.74/hr

Your workplace When you join the team youll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
