Job Description
Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Suffolk County NY.
Locations & Shifts:
Brookhaven: (Shift Supervisor) Monday - Friday 1430-2230 Payrate: $18.00/hr.

UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Task assigned by Site Manager.
- Oversee a TEAM of security officer during assigned shifts.
- Provide shift handover briefings and escalate significant issues to Manager
- Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings equipment and access points; permitting entry.
- Completes reports by recording observations information occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
SECURITY OFFICER / UNARMED GUARD / SECURITY GUARD REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have minimum 2-3 years Security Supervisory Experience
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
- Valid NYS Security Guard License.
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
