Job Description

We are seeking a Satellite Support Equipment (SSE) Software Engineer to design and deploy software applications for HIL systems EGSE and electrical test equipment to validate advanced satellite hardware. What Youll Do
Design and implement software for HIL systems EGSE and test equipment to support satellite integration and testing
Collaborate with systems test manufacturing and program teams to understand satellite architecture and test requirements.
Develop tools to control monitor and log test hardware performance.
Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines to automate testing code review and deployment.
Document software designs using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and help shape best practices in SSE software development
Own full project lifecyclefrom initial concept to deploymentwith minimal oversight
What You Bring
Bachelors in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field
5 years of experience (or 3 years with a Masters) in software development for complex hardware systems
Proficiency in Python LabVIEW or C/C
Strong troubleshooting testing and debugging skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment
Bonus Points
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Experience with National Instruments hardware or TestStand
Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD)
Familiarity with MBSE tools and principles
Background in spacecraft test environments NASA or MIL-STD protocols
Experience with GitLab CI/CD containers and virtualization tools
