Yankee Home Improvement one of the best known companies in the North East is seeking an experienced and talented call center representative to fill the vital role of Confirmation Manager.
Hours: Full-time schedule: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.
Earning potential of $22-$25/hour base pay PLUS generous bonuses for confirming and qualifying appointments with leads that have been pre-set by our call center.
The Confirmation Specialist reaches out to our customers in order to confirm and approve their previously scheduled in-home appointments with a Yankee Home Design Consultant.
The Confirmation Specialist will perform the following job responsibilities:
- Pre-set Leads - No Cold Calls
- Contact prospects via telephone email and SMS to confirm or reject their scheduled appointments.
- Provide logistical / GPS support for our Design Consultants in the Field.
- Make outreach calls to reschedule prior cancelled appointments.
- Desire to work in an inside sales center
We Will Provide Comprehensive Paid Training
Qualifications:
You Must Possess 1 years of inside sales or call center experience
- Weeknight and Saturday availability
- Hours: Full-time schedule: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- A Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Time management skills
- A Proven Track Record of Closing Sales
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Creativity and Problem Solving Ability
- Intermediate technological aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior Experience:
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
