Job Responsibilities:
Support reception desk operations.
Preparation of airwaybills local deliveries arrangement etc.
Facility Operations:
Assist with documentation filing and data entry for FM operations.
Assist with onsite inspection staff enquiries/feedback when required.
Assist with facility operations when required.
Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged etc.
Administrative support for company events etc.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 2:00 6:00pm
