Primary Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Requirement gathering
JD : Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops interviews and document reviews.
Map business processes and identify areas for improvement within D365 F&O modules (Finance Supply Chain or Manufacturing).
Document functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to translate business needs into system configurations and customizations.
Support functional testing UAT and data validation during project implementations.
Create and maintain process documentation training materials and user guides.
Facilitate user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in business Information Systems Finance Supply Chain or a related field
6 years of ERP experience with 3 years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
Familiarity with functional areas such as Finance Supply Chain or Procurement
Strong skills in business process mapping requirements gathering and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications -
Microsoft certification MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps LCS JIRA or Confluence
Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies
