Job Description

Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Khopat Thane Maharashtra 400601

Reporting To: General Manager

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to deliver top-tier service manage inquiries and enhance overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • - Inquiry and Issue Management: Address customer inquiries handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • - Product Expertise: Keep abreast of our products services and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • - Customer Experience Enhancement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • - Technical Assistance: Support customers with product setup troubleshooting order processing and returns.
  • - Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • - Post-Sale Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after purchases to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • - Reporting: Create reports on customer satisfaction levels and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • - Training & Development: Assist in training new customer service team members if required.
  • - Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Industry-related customer service experience.
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of ticketing systems.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
