Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Kildare Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all applicable NMBI standards and regulations.
- Ensure that all existing stocks are kept safe and tidy and reorder as needed.
- Maintain log books and records as required by the Health Information and Quality Authority and the Companys Directors.
- Be on-call for emergencies that may occur within the nursing home as well as to cover shifts if all other options have been exhausted.
- Ensure that all confidential information obtained throughout the course of employment is not disclosed to third parties.
- Assist with the arrangements and get knowledge of how to acquire funding available to people from the government or other agencies.
- Improving our clients daily lives and creating an impact.
- Working as a nurse you will gain experience delivering dementia care.
- Assisting with all responsibilities including management reports allocation rostering care plans and enquiries from clients and family members.
- Supporting ADONs and Nurses
Requirements
- Registered on the NMBI live register
- Excellent Leadership Organizational and Communication skills
- Minimum 2 years management / supervisory experience in a Nursing Home environment
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment
- Must be trustworthy friendly compassionate and genuinely interested in helping people.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal be able to supply two reliable reachable references
- Strong familiarity with HIQA regulations.
