Job Description
Mountain View Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Physical Therapy. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition this person will be responsible for marketing the facility and staff development.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow and have autonomy to manage a clinic in a supportive environment back by USPh where your performance will be respected and rewarded with profit sharing and ownership.
Qualifications :
- Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital setting preferred but open to new graduates who are eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment
- Previous supervisory and marketing responsibility preferred
- Current state of Oregon license CPR certification

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95000- $110000. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
