Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer the Director of Talent Strategy and Business Partnership is responsible for supporting business growth through execution of our talent strategy and fostering a high-performing inclusive organizational culture. This role involves participating in creating and implementing end-to-end talent programs and initiatives to attract develop and retain top talent. The Director will also track metrics to measure talent ROI and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree is required; a masters in Organization Development or a related field is a plus
7 years of experience in talent management or HR ideally with 3 years in a professional services or consulting environment
Strong expertise in modern talent practices including succession planning high-potential development and strategic workforce planning
Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization
A strategic mindset with the ability to align talent solutions with business goals and stay ahead of emerging trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and leaders
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $100172.00 and $181034.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
