Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy operations creativity and people management. Strategically assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up bringing their best selves everyday to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers. With a promote from within philosophy our Assistant managers will build upon their initial foundation and have the opportunity to grow into the future leaders of our stores organization.

Description du poste
Le poste de responsable adjoint est un role aux multiples facettes qui combine stratgie commerciale oprations crativit et gestion du personnel. Dun point de vue stratgique les responsables adjoints sont chargs de dvelopper les ventes en analysant lactivit et en offrant un service client de qualit. Ils sont chargs de superviser les oprations journalires telles que les tches quotidiennes douverture et de fermeture du magasin et de veiller lefficacit de toutes les procdures du magasin. Les responsables adjoints mettent profit leur crativit travers linstallation des nouvelles collections en offrant leurs conseils en matire de mode et en connaissant parfaitement les produits. Ils ont un sens aige du leadership ils sont experts dans tous les aspects de la gestion des talents du recrutement la formation en passant par lengagement et le dveloppement des salaris. Il est attendu quils mettent profit leur bonne humeur afin de crer un environement dappartenance et dinclusivit aussi bien pour leur quipe que pour leurs clients. Fort dune philosophie de promotion interne nos responsables adjoints auront la possibilit de developer leurs comptences afin de poursuivre leur carrire au sein de notre entreprise en devenant les futurs dirigeants de nos magasins.

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French required
