Job Description
- Handling all incoming service requests in the context of 1st level support
- Setup configuration and maintenance of notebooks printers conference room equipment and other hardware
- Administration of local infrastructure (e.g. MacOS Windows Cisco Infrastructure)
- Management of accounts and access rights
- Creation of technical documentation and reports
- Hardware management
Qualifications :
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
- Profound work experience in an IT Support role
- High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
- Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
- Proactive independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English German is a plus
