Your Role at COIT:

As a Restoration Business Development Manager youll play a key role in helping customers maintain clean safe environments. Youll consult with clients provide estimates and close deals while delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
  • Attend trade shows meetings and networking events to expand reach
  • Generate leads and close sales through calls emails and in-person meetings
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals
  • Maintain and foster strong interpersonal relationships with team members and clients
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline generating new business
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Prepare and present sales proposals project bids negotiate contracts and hit sales targets
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Travel to client sites (valid drivers license required)
  • Represent COITs core values-Community Opportunity Integrity and Teamwork

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Restoration industry experience
  • Established Book of Business
  • 2 years of proven successful industry sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (HubSpot Experience is a plus)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to design and develop compelling sales proposals
  • A clean driving record and a valid drivers license
