Your Role at COIT:
As a Restoration Business Development Manager youll play a key role in helping customers maintain clean safe environments. Youll consult with clients provide estimates and close deals while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- Attend trade shows meetings and networking events to expand reach
- Generate leads and close sales through calls emails and in-person meetings
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals
- Maintain and foster strong interpersonal relationships with team members and clients
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline generating new business
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Prepare and present sales proposals project bids negotiate contracts and hit sales targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
- Travel to client sites (valid drivers license required)

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Restoration industry experience
- Established Book of Business
- 2 years of proven successful industry sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (HubSpot Experience is a plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to design and develop compelling sales proposals
- A clean driving record and a valid drivers license
