The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Western New England University has an immediate opening for a tenure track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning as early as Spring 2025. Candidates for this position must have aPh.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with expertise in Aerodynamics Propulsion Turbomachinery Flight Mechanics Flight Vehicle Design or other related Aerospace fields. Industry experience in the practical application of this expertise is a plus.The successful candidate is expected to teach courses at all levels support graduate (including PhD) and undergraduate projects and pursue scholarly and funded research activities.
