BENEFITS: Full-Time Package
SALARY COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $17.55 - $18.06 hourly/$36506 - $37566.00 annually
WORK PERIOD:M -Th 8 a.m.-5 p.m. F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Job Objective: Provides support to departments by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. Performs advanced clerical and informational duties for a specified department; assists students staff and visitors with routine telephone email and/or walk-up inquiries; schedules calendar items and meetings; and establishes and maintains records. An incumbent in this position will follow generally standardized operating policies and procedures and interpret policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma
Credentials: None

Testing is required for this position.

Experience:Minimum of three years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
