Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients ensuring excellent customer service and working to renew and upsell insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options
- Analyze policies and recommend appropriate coverage based on client needs
- Manage policy renewals and upsell additional coverage as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and support marketing efforts
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in commercial insurance
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products policies and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $85K-$100K (based on experience)
