Systems Performance Engineer Advisor
Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Road Mason OH 45040
Work Hours:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Systems Performance Engineer Advisor leads and coordinate performance engineering for large initiatives spanning multiple projects and/ or systems.
How you will make an impact:
Develop robust reusable automated test scripts and enhance scripts according to standards.
Review performance test scripts created or modified to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage automated tests schedule test activities and report the progress.
Document success and failures of tests for metrics gathering and reporting.
Analyze test results and create tests reports.
Drive review and approval of Performance Testing plans with the team.
Establish effective functional tests.
Manage and update business process for performance test scripts as required.
Aid in the development and refinement of structured performance processes.
Contribute to the building of a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing process improvement activities.
Create performance strategy Nonfunctional Requirements (NFR) analysis Test closure and Go/No-go reports.
Follow standard operating procedures guidelines tests tracks (gather evidence) and close bugs assigned to Performance Team.
Evaluate and implement testing tools and automated scripts needed to provide test coverage.
Work closely with various departments within AIM for the purpose of supporting training and knowledge transfer.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering (any) or related.
Additional Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience with Performance Testing frameworks and processes or related.
Five (5) years of experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in Performance Testing frameworks and processes.
Agile methodology; DevOps environments; Data Management; Software Test Lifecycle.
Tools such as: HP LoadRunner HP Performance Center JMeter HP Sitescope Jenkins.
Languages/ Frameworks such as: Java JEE JavaScript AngularJS CSS3 XML Spring or Hibernate.
Webservices such as: SOAP REST JAX-WS JAX-RS Ant Maven Hadoop JQuery or Angular JS.
Monitoring Applications such as: Introscope Splunk.
Databases such as: MySQL Mongo DB or DB2.
APM products such as: Dynatrace AppDynamics or New Relic.
Protocols such as: HTTP HTML Ajax TrueClient or RMI.
