Due to growth within the portfolio this is a new position within the team reporting to Portfolio Reservations Manager you are often the first point of contact for our guests who will:
- Use the hotel systems to process and input all reservation types in an accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates
- Respond to guest calls according to hotel policy and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Ensure the arrivals list is checked daily to display the correct rate and market codes
- Ensure accurate data is recorded for all reservations
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate is highly organised and possesses exceptional time management and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering consistently accurate and high-quality service for our clients every interaction every day.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Possess strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow and workload individually and across the team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- An outcome-driven approach to performance and results
- A natural ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud and RESAweb is advantageous
