Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- General Carpentry skills/General Stucco skills
- Basic trim work and attention to detail
- Prep exterior for stucco cut and potential repairs
- Establish good rapport with customers during the installation process
- High level of cleanliness and coverage
- Ability to read and comprehend N.O.A. paperwork and plans
Qualifications
- Experience installing windows
- Previous experience in construction and/or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- General Carpentry skills
- Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools
